I went through bad stuff — addiction, a marriage that dismantled my sense of reality, losing my children for years, a jail floor, the slow work of rebuilding from nothing. And in the middle of all of that, I had to find something that would actually work. Not later. Not in the calm between storms. In the fire. In the triggered moment. While the freight train was already moving.

What I found became the Five Steps. What I kept finding as I walked them became Luminology — Sir Ego, the Wise One, the Karmariculum, the Eight Aspects. It isn't academic. It isn't borrowed. It's the map I drew as I walked. I'm handing it to you now.

I write under the name Kindred Lights because we are all kindred lights. I share this journey with you — through the darkness and the trials, to the light and radiance of our eternal beings. We are not separate lights competing for oxygen. We are the same light, in different lanterns, all on the same path home.

As I've watched the world expose the egoic patterns at the root of all our problems — the polarization, the narcissism in leadership, the collective suffering — I felt the familiar sting. I've seen this before. In my own life, at volume 10. And I know what comes next when the Wise One is finally allowed through.

Humanity is headed for a Thanksgiving reunion that blesses everyone. I've seen what transformation from ego consciousness to Wise One consciousness produces — miracles in our inner world, our outer worlds, and our relationships. The age that is ending makes the age that is arising possible.
